Help Please-where are my computer centers? Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

I built the wonder that suposedly gives every city a computer center but I don't see any computer centers and they are still avalible on the build list. What's up with that. I have looked for newer patches but I seem to be up to date.

Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

Actual this is a bug. If you build a wonder that should give you a free building then you will get only the effect of the building and not the building itsself. Adding the building to the city doesn't have any additional effect, so ignore these buildings in the city manager.

By the way for zhose of you you haven't voted for CTP1/2 in the Game Top List vote here.
