To Russia: We still would like to purchase Mongolia from you. Why do you wish to have it? We are willing to buy it back from you. The Mongolians hate Russia, and it is only a matter of time before they free themselfs from you. So we propose that you let us buy Mongolia from you for some prices that is eceptable for you. We just want Mongolia and we are willing to pay a good price for it.
To Vietnam: The 100 ships buildt for the Russians we will sell to you for 5 millions Yen, and some food supplies you have.
To Japan: We urge you to asist the U.S with there fight against the South Americans, to repair any damage you have caused with their attitude and relations with us. (secret)We would like to buy some of Manchuria that borders Russia. We would like to build forces near them to encourage them to sell Mongolia to us, and to repell any future attacks by them.
China is engaging in naval and military excerises around the Philipines, and Indoniesia. So please be careful, and do not be alarmed.

I never said that I won any naval battles. All I said was that I sent my navy in around Cuba to attack the Brazilian navy. Also my troops are getting ready to attack, did you not read my plan of attack sheep?
Also WRangler Rhymer use the same computer some times and he does not log in, and I post under his name, but I of corse get rid of the post and put it under my name. Sorry about that.

To Russia: The ships are in your harbor now, we are sending are troops in to Mongolia. Thanks for doing busness with you.
To Japan(secret): We are still awaiting your response in the matter of letting us purchase the out side of Manchuria that borders Russian territory.
To Ottomans: We finished building the railroad that would connect you two countries. We we will be sending trade freights through the area.
To Austria: We would like the blueprints for the Austrian armor. We are planing on building are own model in coperation with Japan.
China has sent government funds into increasing education through the country the program has been successful. School are up in all major areas of China. A mass influex of China's scholars to help teach in the schools. Many of your most brillant scholars have made a network of scientist to help study many projects. Development of the Zeng Rocket artillery has been made, the help of your friends the Ottomans and Austrians is no longer needed. The production of this has already been started. Units of these artillery will be integrated in the army. The major conflict in the Americas we have considered greatly. We would like to send supplies to the U.S. to help repair your relations with them. To the South American governments we are sending embassitors to your countries to establish communications with you.

LOL Sorry If I'm so late guys
American War Update
The Austrian navy and the Brazilian one fight each other in a major battle, thanks to heavy sub warfare the Austrians manage to sink many ships, but they suffer many casualities as well, however the Brazilian navy is still stronger, anf the Austrians had to withdraw to US ports and repair their damages.
An attempt of using airplanes to drop bombs by the US failed miserably, as because of the weight of the bomb the Americans had to take out all other weapons from the Aircrafts in order to make them fly, and they were quickly hunted down by Brazilian fighters.
In Mainland America the Americans take another blow by Mexican and Venezuelan troops, which had captured the city of Phoenix in Arizona, however the new Californian state have advanced in Baja California defeating a lightly armed Mexican regiment there.
The Mexicans did not expect that attack, as they believed the Californians were on their side.

The Italian Navy have reached the American ports, and they will be out on support of the Austrian Navy in the carrabean as soon as the Austrians will start a new attack.
Italian troops instead will start marching on the west to push the Mexicans and Venezuelans out, but they will go only as far as the pre-war border should they attack, and they have been ordered to not go any further.

Refreshed Brazillian ships ordered to pursue the fleeing Austrian ships with sub escort and to destroy its remnants. When they reach them and destroy them, they are ordered to bombard the American ports, then fall back as Brazillian airplanes strafe the area and also fall back.
Brazil begins construction project to replace any lost ship in a short amount of time.
More subs being created to challenge enemy subs.
Brazillian troops in Chile are recalled back to Brazillian borders, and ordered to station there.
Three Brazillian expeditionary forces sent to front lines in Western Mexico to lead a Mexican, Venezuelan, and Brazillian force 75,000 men to regain Baja California. Two of the new Branco-A1 Tank divisions will spearhead the assault on the infantry flanks and envelope enemy forces, in a classic hammer and anvil tactic. The offensive will be a coordinated attack with close Aerial recon and strafing. And artillery bombardments from both land and sea. Brazillian General Francisco Corpe will be the commanding General of this allied effort.

To Argentinian Navy, loyal to Argentina:
Please continue your fight, my friends. Brazil will resume all your salaries and payments and supply loads until Argentina recovers. We can not weaken, we can not falter.

Brazil proposes the Venezuelans, Mexicans, Central Americans, and Cubans to combine their naval forces with the Huge Brazillian navy in Carribean to defend against possible 2nd naval offensive from the enemy. THe BRazillian navy on high alert. Brazillian planes are constantly scouting the area to forewarn any enemy approaches. Brazillian subs constantly scouting ahead in packs to forewarn enemy sub approaches and to engage and destroy any enemy sub approaches.
Brazillian ports are working double time to build Brazillian battleships.

We must counter attack now, the Brazilians think that we are really weak and are now exposing a large part of their fleet trying to take out our ships. We ask that you attack them from behind, we will enage in a frontal assualt. Aslo we are still enaging in massive ship building to replace lost ships and to try to increase the size of our navy.

The Austrian Army has moved to attack the American Alliance. Using their tanks to full advantage the Austrians have begun attacks on Mexican postions. The tanks are using their speed to try to break through the trenches with Infantry following them as support and cleaning up any remaining resistence.
A joint task force of Italian, AUstrian, and some US ships have once again enaged the Brazilian navy. The Austrian and US ships are enaging in a ful frontal assualt, while the Italians are attacking their flanks. Aslo the battleships of Austrian navy are using spoting planes to spot the Brazilian Battleships before they can see them and opening fire.

The Huge Brazillian navy engages. Venezuelan, Mexican, Central American and Cuban Battleships in the area come to reinforce the Brazillian flanks, and in turn begin attempting to flank the Italian ships, endangering the enemy to envelopment. All Brazillian subs in the area ordered to attack from behind the enemy task force and block their line of retreat. More ally ships en route, destination is the rear of enemy force.
A portion of the Brazillian navy patrolling the western Carribean begin sailing to the battle. They begin arriving on the rear of the enemy task force.
The Brazillians call upon Argentinian navy to come to the aid of their allies. And to attack from behind.
To Argentinian Admirals:
A battle is ensueing. We urge you to come to the Carribean, and together let us ensure a decisive victory in the annihilation of the enemy navy.
Brazillian planes engage enemy planes. Not only battle in the sea, but up above in the air.
5 whole Tank divisions of the new Branco-A1 sent to reinforce Mexican positions. The III Army of 100,000 Brazillian soldiers, en route to reinforce the frontlines and push back any American advances.
