To Germany:
We would be willing to sell you some of our tanks, we already have the production lines running, and can produce many tanks. Our tanks performed very well in the French-China war, and are far superior to any tanks any other nation has, and many nations use our tanks in their armies. So you can buy some form us if you want.

Austrian Navy enlarging to Huge: (4 years)
The Austrian Navy has been ordered to the waters of the eastern coast of the United States to protect trade coming for Europe form the ongoing conflict between the nations of the Ameircas. This is soly for the protection of merchant ships, both US and Europe ships.
Also with end to the French-China war many men in the army are now being put into reserves and allowed to go back home to their families, they will be only called back to active duty if a war breaks out. Thus Austrian standing army will be large, but can grow to huge if war breaks out once again.

- Soviet revolt in Russia
the soviets of the workers, paesants and even of the navy have revolted against the Czar, seeking to bring the Czar down and to instaure there a repubblic, despite the many conflicts of class between the revolters, they have decided all these citizens decided to unite against the so called tyrant.
The army, even if still loyal to the Czar, refuses to fire against the rebels, as they see in between them also members of their own family.
- Mexico keep pushing
After having helped the Argentinians to land in California, the Mexicans, with help from Venezuela, made a major attack on Texas, going as far as Houston (from their HQ in Corpus Chrsti), also the rebels in southern Mexico have been quelled, after that the population recognized in between them the old governor of Mexico, which this time was linched by the mob.

Bomb explode in Verona, 4 dead, 10 wounded
A bomb exploded yerstuday in Verona, near the arena on 3 AM, the main square of Verona is very busy, even at that time of the night, and it was a great luck that the list of dead was not any longer, 4 people perished, 2 woman a man and a small child, also 10 people got wounded, 2 of them in critical conditions have been transfered to Torino in order to get the best treatment possible, the police have arrested two men which were found in the area with a car full of explosives, both members of the Fascist Party

The Huge Brazillian navy with help from their allies has gained total naval supremacy in the Carribean and Gulf. Cuba is now free from the blockade. Brazillian support ships have landed and begun distributed food to the populace.
After weeks of fighting, most of the stranded Americans either die or surrender. The islands are securely in Brazillian possession. The Brazillians again begin refortifying and improving defenses.
Plans are being created of an opening of a second front in the US.

Hmm...and we tell you it ain't aggression, its defense. You did not kindly ask the US to stop invading us, now did you? You do not acknowledge them provoking two wars in the Americas, do you? But somehow they are the victim, why?...because their losing their imperialistic war, twice. We considered your request offensive to say the least. Now we meant no offense by our sharp remarks, we're in a middle of war and when somebody from thousands of miles away tells us to stop trying to end a war quickly that was started by an aggressor, is just ignorant in itself. I kindly say, grow some tougher skin, fellas, if ya can't handle a hasty remark.

To AA, Mexico, Venezuela: It is with heavy hearts that we do what we must do. But we cannot allow you to have hegemony over all of the Americas. Thus, we declare war upon you.
To USA: It is with reservation that we join your side. You seem to be fickle when choosing friends: China and Japan are now your allies, and you are cool with us, but quite friendly with our former enemies in Europe. Indeed, we would most likely be entering this war on the south americans side, were it not for the fact that the rest of Europe is soon to join you, and that we do indeed have fear of the AA becoming too powerful. I hope you will take our help in good faith and remain our allies, this time.
To the World: We have recently declared war on the Sourthern Americans, because they have attacked American soil with the intent to conquer. This intent cannot be doubted, just look at the massive army Brazil has raised for itself. It is obviously intended for other nations. However, we are only declaring war to make sure that the AA does not gain control of the Americas. We will not become involved in the Caribbean, except to protect the soverigenty of Cuba and our allies' colonies.
To Emperor's Alliance, America: (secret) I propose we form a Western Alliance, to protect our interests.

the Carrabean Federation still controls the island of Jamacia as the US Navy continues to fight off attacks.
To Italy, Ottomans and the Austrians (secret): We only seek to end imperialism. Who has gained territory in the last two decades, the Southern American Alliance, who has not, the United States. Who occupied US territory, Cuba, who enslaved the Carrabean, Cuba, who has taken over all of South America,m Argentina, Brazil and Venezula.
The US proposes the follwing. We shall allow Balkan Alliance bases to be in the US. The US will immediatley enter your alliance. The US shall pay benefits to the famalies of dead Balkan Alliance soldiers as this is nominally our fight. We shall also include free trading pacts with your nations. We will not seek reperations but support you to do so. We only wish to take the territory of Chihua, Sonora and Baja California as pernament US states to prevent any futher aggresion from Mexico.
The Carranean Federation is to have all territory except for Cuba in the Carrabean and Argentina, Venezula and Brazil are to go back to their 1900 borders the nations they occupy to be given independence.
