i've got that on DVD, i'll check to see if it has any deleted scenes when they tested it or somthing! I actualy only just noticed some of the speicle features a while back, i only watched some!

Well this is exactly why it irritated me so much...so much really dodgy pseudoscience (I can usually take pseudoscience unless it has a certain something that annoys me).

And no, our sensitivity to arsenic would translate to nitrogen. And how the hell would an organism form based around nitrogen function? Carbon is pretty unique in that it concatenates easily and forms strong bonds and thus stable, complex molecules. The same is not true of nitrogen.

"The Warriors" is an all time classic, I've watched it about 4 times.... and I hate movies.

Starship Troopers is my favorite movie to call utter and complete garbage, waste of my life.

I've watched the LOTR movies in the theater, and will watch the third, allthough I must admit, without the scenery and special effects, the story is really boring to me. I read the books when I was a kid, but don't remember much of them, which means I didn't enjoy them much.

I prefer to play an RPG..... more time to connect and feel with those pixels emulating emotion and runnign around hacking goblins to pieces.

Oh I forgot to say I saw a trailer for a movie recently about some kids on a ski vacation who are also undercover agents and find out that terrorists are using the ski lodge at the top of a mountain as a headquarters for their sinister plot.

I have never seen the movie, so I guess I am not entitled to call it extrememly stupid.... but...

The last movie me and my friends commented out loud was in "signs". That movie sucked so much balls that we went straight to commenting in the first five min (it ususally takes about 20 min or so for "this movie sucks" lightbulb to sink in). I remember yelling out loud "No Sh!t sherlock," when one of the character stated something so stupidly obvious. And one of my friend broke the record when he screamed out loud when movie first showed the crop circle with omnious music playing in background. I think it was approximately three minute into the movie.

As with always, our commenting was received with laughter and ended with someone complaining around the end of movie. But we had fun, and most people still cheered us because the movie sucked that bad.

EDIT: Oh and do I dare say this on a thread where most people are talking about LoTR? Well while most of my friends were watching it, me and one of my friend was bored to death so we started commenting on it. As you can imagine most of the geek audience wasnt pleased. But it didnt last long cause after getting 700th warning from the manager (I know the guy very well ), I feel asleep. I saw a bit of battle scene when someone woke me up.

I heard Two towers was lot better but as you can imagine, my experience with first one tells me to wait for VHS release.

Pretty Woman isn't that stupid a film, but it's easily the most insiduously evil movie ever to come out of hollywood, glamourising the scum that buy sex and having the woman meekly settle into a life of abuse and subservience. It's revolting.
