we are preparing to move out should you find that you absolutely cannot tolerate our presence. However, we urge you to reconsider. We can bring order to the volatile Libya, promoting stability for the entire region.
Kyiv to Greece:
eh, we'll stop when Yugoslavia returns our land. There people in those areas were free to stay or go, and if they hadn't responded to legitimate action with violent force we even would have offered monetary compensation for those that wished to leave. If Yugoslavia comes to their senses, we may even extend that offer now. About Wien, we don't see it as a crisis. As long as Germany chooses not to turn it into a confrontation, everyone will be fine.

Production of advanced war equipment has been speeded up, and the superior weapons will soon be pouring into combat. Army and Air force are undergoing expansion to offset the Yugoslavian conscription, but the Kyiv enlargement is methodical and precise so the soldiers are much better trained and equiped. Meanwhile, the army has been ordered to for the time being ignore civilian targets and concentrate on pushing back Yugolslavian soldiers. Discretion has been given to the generals, they will of course exploit any weaknesses of the enemy to the fullest possible extent, but they have been instructed that they may sacrifice speed of advance in favor of reducing Kyiv soldier and especially Yugoslavian civilian casualties. Propoganda in remote and dissafected regions of Yugoslavia is being spread, and anti Yugoslavian splinter cells within the country are being supported.

Greece and Baltic League to Kyiv: Prepare for war!
Greek forces have gone to reinforce the Yugoslavs, and the Kyivan advance has been nearly halted, though they are still gaining ground. Baltic forces have attacked Kyiv from the north, but were not very successful, and most baltic troops have stayed at home, fearing a russian invasion.
Yugoslavia to Kyiv: You have no claim to our territories. After WWI, the nations of southeast europe were created based on the ethnic identities of the people. Those identities have not changed. The Yugoslavian people are still ovewhelmingly Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian, Macedonian, Bosnian, or Albanian (OOC: or any other Yugoslav group I may have forgotten.). You have no legitimate claim to any Yugoslav territories.
Nationalist rebellions have broken out in Slovenia, Albania, and Dalmatia. All of these groups have welcomed Kyivan aid but have warned that they do not want Kyiv to attempt to take over any Yugoslav ethnicity.
Yugoslavia to Germany: No, we are pround of our independence. Protect us from the evil Kyivans, and we will enter a very close alliance with you.

To Kyiv: This is also Britians concern. You have no right to any of more territory.
British Fleets have left port and are on station in the North Sea ready at a moments notice to move towards Kyiv. Troops have been sent to Yugoslavia to aid, train and equip the recruits there
To Germany:We agree that Kyiv has crossed a line and stand with you.

Kyiv to Britain and Germany:
You are old and broken, you had your chance at empire and failed miserably, because you were inept and greedy. We, however, will unite Eastern Europe under a just, free, and prosperous system. Your interference only extends the period of strife, putting off the time when the goals we have stated can be accomplished and all will benefit from them. You do this out of envy, or fear, we honestly cannot understand why you do this, it would be better for all if you just dropped it. So we will give you a chance to withdraw and go home, as long as you initiate no fighting between us there will be none and we can avoid death and mutual hardship and if you come to your senses soon, we will harbor no ill feelings towards you.
The Kyiv defense budget has been drastically increased, size of Army and Airforce will increase in a much shorter time, and facilities are now preparing recruits at an increasing rate. This has lessened the amount of training most new forces receive, but they are still decently trained and equipped and elite forces are still in operation. Carriers, subs, missile cruisers, destroyers, and partrol boats guard the shores. Bunkers/fortifications and missile launch sites are being set up.
Yugoslavian rebel groups are continuing to be aided and have been assured that their respective areas will be granted complete autonomy and enjoy all rights of Kyiv should they wish to move into Kyiv land. (this is what they wanted, correct?)

To Kyiv: Just? Bringing other nations forcefully under your rule is never Just. While Britian's Empire is no longer around our former colonies are prosperous. Britian can not allow you to bring more fear and voilence to the world. Consider this a declaration of war.
To France: Would you consider joining us to contain the menace growing east of Germany.
To Germany: British Special forces are enrout to Berlin to be deployed among your troops.
British Troops have been mobilized and shipped to Germany for deployment. The British navy has moved 90 percent of our homeland fleet into a blockade of Kyiv. There are reports of fighting among the fleets but the results are still unknown.

Due to the continuing attacks of American troops we can no longer accept the cease fire we have agreed while coming here, and we shall leave the peace conference at once and open our hostilities with Isreal and their American puppets again, blame this on the United States, not on us as it is only because of them that we can no longer trust this "peace" conference.
We have stated our peace terms, but it seems they were not accepted looking at the American response.

Kyiv to France:
Look carefully at the history of this conflict. You will find that it has only developed to its present stage because of the arrogant interference the Germans and British have pushed in with. We tried extending diplomacy and we were insulted. Even now, though, we will only fight the British and Germans when they directly attack us, even after their best attempts to get us to enter into a war with them, which we will not willingly do. We still seek peace with them. Our conflict is with Yugoslavia, who refused to respond to a legitimate request with anything but an insult, and with Greece and the Baltic League, who are no more than opportunistic scum that jumped in merely because they saw a chance for a little 'warfare fun' and land grabbing, who knows what their motivation is if not that. And even with these treacherous no-good governments, who persecute their people mercilessly, we are willing to come to a diplomatic resolution, just as we have always tried to. But we have offered enough concessions in that respect. We will not stop fighting until they have come to us diplomatically, instead of the other way around as we have tried so often. We are troubled that you would go to such extreme actions as sanctions when the situation is so clearly not our fault, but we are glad that you at least do not declare war on us without provocation, unlike others, and hope that you can instill a sense of justice and diplomacy in these afformentioned countries.

Bribe you?! Why would we do such an immoral thing as that? We would however like to purchase a few of your fine toothpicks for a rather hefty sum, if you get our drift. Lets try and keep this hushed up shall we? But if you do decide to join our righteous crusade  don't attack anyone except the Baltic League. Britain and Germany are just a little confused and are really doing this out of a sense of good, they just got mized up. Baltic league, however, are dirty rotten backstabbers and should be shown no mercy until their governments have been completely replaced with something that won't lead their people into foolish unjust wars.
Kyiv generals have been ordered that if any foreigner takes one step onto native Kyiv soil they are to completely abandon their policy of 'defensive fighting only' against whatever nation perpetrated it.
Steps are being taken by the Kyiv government to ensure that the economy doesn't suffer from the decreased trade and are opening up alternate trade routs with anyone interested.

The Danish navy, in a shocking move, has cut off the Sound from any German, British, French, Baltic, or Yugoslav ships. They have also threatened that any attempt to fly over the Sound will be blocked.
Yugoslavia, Baltic League, and Greece to Kyiv, forwarded to the World: You say attacking your territory would be abandoning defensive doctrine. What would you say, then, about the Allied invasion of Germany at the end of WWII? Was that not abandoning the policy of defending and liberating, and going instead on the offensive?
Yugoslavia to the US: Could you spare some of your ships and troops in the Eastern Mediterranean to help us?
Yugoslav and Greek troops have attacked rebels in Yugoslavia. After one defeat, the rebels dispeersed, but are rumored to be reoganizing
Turkey to the world: No ships with the purpose of invading Kyiv will be allowed into the Black Sea.
In the US, the civil rights movement, which has started to increase its campaigns due to President Thurmond's prosegregation stance, has also taken an anti-war stance, urging a compromise peace in Israel and warning against getting involved in Yugoslavia. Also, they demand that more information about what is going on in Israel be made public, after seeing a few images (though not many, and not all of the public has seen them) sent by the Arabs.

What you say here is just laughable, we have proposed our peace terms, and ALL nations, even France have agreed with it, all nations but you.
Sure there were some minor disagreements in one point, but those would have been peacefully resolved if it wasn't for your attacks on our forces.
How could you expect that we would have been willing to talk about peace, while your troops were slaughtering our own people.
You are just a fool, and you are causing the death of many arab people, but not only, also the death of many American and French soldiers.
