Yugoslavia calls upon the USSR to return to the purist form of Marxism, that embraced by our Glorious and Heroic Leader, President and Marshall Tito, noting that closer relations with the Soviet Union are most certainly welcome.
She also calls upon the UAR to join her sister socialist republic in a strategic alliance to provide a great example of workers' paradise to all the imperialists and counter-revolutionaries.

I'll be away from Thursday to Sunday, and no replacements have come forth. Therefore, I temporarily cede Yugoslavia to jim panse, if he will accept it and no one has major issues with it.
