Though it didn't help me much... but at least my public transportation is being used now (Was never used before I read the tips'n'tricks section... strange thing is: After I read it, I didn't change much in how I build the public transportation right )

Are you sure you are not some kind of psychic, ADG? I mean, you read about the transportation at simcity.com, and it started being used; you read about the patch's industrial fix, and miraculously, it was applied without even installing the patch... Maybe you should try making some real $$$ off of that ability of yours?

Well, if this really works, then I have to read about how to get some milionaire to knock on my door, giving me all his/hers money... but I haven't read 'how' yet


And I have several times seen split-seconds of the future, but never anything useable, and I always first remember 5 seconds before it happens... Would be nice if I once learn to control this "power", so I can predict the lottery numbers

Nah, you don't need special powers for that. Just read some of the messages in the "Bulk Mail" folder, you are sure to find a message or two from the Prince of Nigeria, who is willing to give you all of his fortune, if you give him your bank account number.

Sorry if this has been asked previously, 5 pages is too much to read through ..

Am I the only person who wants a random region map ?? is there any way I can get one, other than all sea or all plain ???? I really can't be bothered with creating my landscape each time.

again, sorry if this has come up before. just point me to the thread if it has.

There's no way to get a random map, but it's possible to make a map, by playing around with bitmap files... on how to do so, check out the SimCity 4 MP thread (In one of the first pages, there's a link)

Or you could try to do a search, to see if you can find other regions, made from other players...

A lack of a random region generator is the biggest flaw, I think. I've stoped playing sc4 aside from the multiplayer game we have going here because making a custom region is just too much work, and the ones that come with the game are all flat.
