Wise move, typially people accused of child molestation are found guilty, regardless of how rediculous the childs stories are.

Reminds me of the Wenatchee sex ring trial here in Washington. over 40 children testified against three day care workers, and one man in particular had children testify against him that he put his penis in their mouths, took them on hot air balloon rides, stabbed a baby and threw it over the edge. Of course after only 5 - 8 years of appeals most of them were found innocent.

This is the scary thing about these so-called allegations from children of molestation and so on. There are certain trouble-makers out there who, not having a life of their own, seem to like making miserable those who do by going on witchhunts with such a twisted view of realiity that they see things that aren't there and twist everything to their own point of view. As regards to the children's so-called testimonies, these "social workers" put the words into the kids mouths by the power of suggestion. They keep asking if such-and-such happened at keep at them until the kids (who aren't old enough to know better) start to agree with them. Ugly ugly situation.

Didn't you have a gut instinct when allegations were first made against MJ about 10 years ago that it was all a load of bunkum? Well, that feeling just hasn't changed for me; after all this time, I still have the same instinct.

did anyone read the smoking gun document?

I don't know how old the kid was at a time. But I was suprised that he could be brought to ejaculation. I'm not sure if I believe that.

In any case, it is dangerous working with children. I would never do it. I don't even associate with children. Especially if they don't like you- on most of them don't like me. Especially me being single and never married (althoug egaged once ), that does not look good. I fully admit prison scares me. I'm not a very big person, and I would not fair very well.

"Sleeping together", after all, isn't QUITE the same thing as "having sex". There are quite a few parents who sleep together with their babies, should they all be thrown to jail?

And, even though I'll probably get flamed for this, I'd like to point out that even having sex with children isn't automatically bad. It all depends on how the kids take it - it's not completely impossible that the kids would enjoy it at least a bit also, you know.

I would contend that if you had sex with a child and they enjoyed it then it would still be awfully sick. Thinking back to the "rape" thread, someone claimed that some women lubricate whilst being raped and even sometimes have orgasms... yet that doesn't change the fact that it's a horrible crime.

So true.... but Michael Jackson has never even come close to being proven a child molester. He is as much a child molester as you are, in the eyes of the law.

Well, NeOmega, others in this thread have been informed about Michael Jackson and his problems since the early 90's. Perhaps if you were privy to this information, you'd understand.

It's possible his accusers were all lying. But as I suggested before, do you pay off people lying about serious charges like that?

Most lawsuits are settled out of court, it is cheaper that way.

If you saw Michael Jackson's interview, you would see he is embarrased even to say F uck, the crowd was chanting "**** the press, Michael Jackson is the best", and the reporter asked him, what are they saying, and Jackson replied "they are saying "F" the press Michael Jackson is the best" He was quoting it like a school boy, getting all embarrased about coming close to saying the word F uck.

I don't think he could possibly stand to go to court and listen or testify with words such as penis, anus, vagina, scrotum, ejaculate... etc etc etc.

You have never even been in this situation, much less had the money to pay anyone off. Court isn't proof of innocence, its a spectacle.

No, but purely from seeing what he's done in the last few months - dangling a baby over a balcony, and manically rocking a baby on his knee while bottle feeding it - those are two separate incidents which would have me never having my child anywhere near him!

That's not even talking about the way he was holding the hand of that boy on the interview like a lovesick puppy...

If you had read the entire thread I listed a variety of people I would choose Michael Jackson over to raise my children.

Jackson knew the camera was going to judge him. Babies can start crying and whining about anything. Jackson was nervous because he wanted to look good for the camera. He actually succeeded in keeping the baby from crying, even though it had it's face covered to keep it from being hunted by paparazzi jackals.

Every action you do, every move you take, people try to interperet as a definition of who you are, whether you are crazy or not, good or evil?

He was holding the hand of the boy like a dear friend, who almost lost his life to cancer, and Michael Jackson provided him with the friendship of a mega star. Michael Jackson himself, who has millions of people watching his every move, took out special time to care for "Gavin", just some boy who may have died with only his parents and family to care he ever existed at age 10.

Not in a publicity stunt, but actually took days of his life, maybe even months, to tell that one boy he cared.

Michael Jackson is a good man, hes a little bit different and loony, but in the end, he's a good man.

Flamed for this? You bet!!! My only regret is that I wasn't the first to get around to it. Having sex with a child will twist his/her mind. It will alter his/her perception of people, particularily his/her ability to trust. To make matters worse it becomes a terrible dark secret that burdens his/her mind for the rest of his/her life. You have no idea. I do.

Enjoy? I have at times been called to examine a child's genitalia, either to examine a rash or defect, or to look for signs of abuse. I'm generally well received by kids, but I've never encountered a child who is comfortable with the handling of his/her genitals. Kids don't have quite the same perception of stimulation of their genital areas. Things that an adult would find pleasent hurt them.
