I think the guy east of the mountain is Bab blue. Not the prettiest of the Mercs, I admit, but it's nice on other units like settlers, Musketmen, Tanks, etc.

I'm not exactly sure on all of them. The far left one is American powder blue. Kloreep is right about the Bab blue one, with the Spanish blue just above him. The only color represented that isn't the color of a default civ is the orange NE of the American.

The colors show a lot more difference when the Mercs are facing the other way, but they just default to looking east. For some reason the AI's wouldn't just turn them around and pose...

It's the secondary color for Spain. It only is used if the primary blue color is taken by another civilization like America or China. Since China (Glory of War) used a mod to change their color to Zulu black, the secondary Spanish blue color was never activated and the primary "American Blue" was activated instead.
