OFFICIAL: Where to send the Huge Stack? Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

We have managed to create a size 12 army. And we thought we could easilyconquer the city of Graz. But I doubt that and I sent a suicidal warrior to dye for a beloved nation and reveal the defenses of Graz.

Just t found out that the city of Graz is very protected with 4 holites, 2 samurais and 4 archers. Totalizing 10 ubits.

We could still win but it is a narrow battle. We cant be sure about that and if we do win we wont have many units left.

So the question is where to send the huge stack?

Note: Another poll will be running about making a second stack to attack Graz here. So this vote for Graz is what to do immediatly. We can still attack Graz after doing what is in this poll

Graz - Attack anyway even without a second army! We can still win. After all Graz worth it. Great city ann amazingly strategic.

Wels This was the next target. We conquer it first leaving free the threat of a Austrian attack from the north and still add another civ in our empire.

Troppau - Thats more like a joke. This is a doomed city that hardly will reach a good size and it is far too away.

Protect our cities - Keep around our cities protecting it!

Well Graz will be fortified(does it have walls?) - i think with all their Hoplites they will hold out long enough for their archers to cause serious damage. So i'd rather have a second army, maybe to send first and do as much damage as possible. I think our twelve would lose this fight without support. Maybe build our armies status to veteran by taking out a few softer targets first?

Veteran status does nothing.

In my opinion we should lay siege to the city with this large stack (positioning it to minimize chance of reinforcement from other locations and to maximize defence,) and build another stack asap... splitting produced units between extra defenders and units to attack Graz. We shall form a second army, attack with both and take Graz.

If (or better stated, when) the AI gets twitchy and decides to task the defenders to another task outside the city, we waltz right in.
