In my opinion we should lay siege to the city with this large stack (positioning it to minimize chance of reinforcement from other locations and to maximize defence,) and build another stack asap... splitting produced units between extra defenders and units to attack Graz. We shall form a second army, attack with both and take Graz.
To construct this army, I suggest borrowing from current defenders, to speed the buildup, and mainly from the east... leave the western towns as garrisonned as we can make them:
We can continue building troops in all cities.
We initiate a move of 3 from CL to Pedrunnia. One turn later, we initiate a move of 2 from Mapfipolis to CL. One turn later we move 6 from Pedrunnia towards Graz. This stack is met by 2 built units from Pressburg/HTown.
The 12 stack attacks. Then the 8 stack takes the city.
If (or better stated, when) the AI gets twitchy and decides to task the defenders to another task outside the city, we waltz right in. We split up the extra army to defend the appropriate points.
We send Bait out again, when healthy to be early warning in the North.

So what frontline unit types do you think would be best for this attack, Hoplites/warriors?
