I tend to go with Dominae's suggestion: if, when the turn arrives, we see that Vox hasn't poprushed already, we move our warrior onto the mountain overlooking Portia, send Lux our list of immediate demands (screenshots and maps, as Dominae suggested; I also suggest that we demand 1 or 2 gpt) in exchange for keeping them alive and not revealing their secret. We tell them that if they do not fulfill our demands this turn, we march into Portia, and perhaps explain that poprushing a defender would be futile because it will only be ready once it's too late.
If we act politely and take our time, they might poprush a defender before we can react. I suggest that we don't send such a nice message (btw: as such, it is excellent) and move our warrior next to Portia at the same turn - it could make us look like hypocrites. IMHO, we have to choose between the two; I choose Dominae's suggestion.

Wow, I'm still trying to figure out which suggestion I'm getting so much support for!
So, given Sir Ralph's poll, I assume this is our course of action:
1. Wait for our turn.
2. Move in with our Warrior.
3. Send a list of demands.
4. If they comply, great, we move away. If not, I'm not sure, I guess we march in and capture Dissidentville, ransoming it to Vox (now that's a weird situation, eh?!).
So, I will send my message to Lux at point 3 (obviously). I'll be cordial but firm, with the tone that this is our land, we're not about to let Vox force us to share it (even further...).
