I oppose the death penalty.

I am against abortion, however I do not think it is something that should be determined legislatively; it is a personal decision. If you want to legislate about something, how about the rampant genital mutilation of newborn boys in this society. I want my foreskin back! There was NO medical reason to lop it off.

....anyways....slowwhand when can you say that a person is Alive and a person....when they are just one cell big....or maybe 2 cells big....or maybe when they got a heart?

I believe and that is totally my own view at even after you are born you are not really alive....only when you are aware of yourself and your actions your are really alive...just think back to you first memory....that is when you started to live....so got give me that crap of abortion is the same as murder....

no sorry...i couldnt find the right words...i ment when the pregnancy is 6 or 7 months on its way....after birth someone comes (kinda :P) alive.....that would be killing but in the first 3 months (before gender is visible) i believe in abortion

I'm personally against the killing of humans. As unborn and babies up to the age around one year isn't humans in my book there's not a problem at all to be prima facie against the death penalty and for abortions.
