I now have confirmation that Kentonio has recieved the message(done automatically by the boards over there.) We shall wait for his reply. BTW, they aren't near to recieving their turn yet. They're 3rd in turn order and the turn now sits with the German team (7th in turn order) and they were just sent the turn 15 minutes ago.

In the 'options' at that site I set the Time Zone to PST; I guess that it doen't have an effect on the posted times of each post. Weird that they would have it that way.
Are you sure the turn was sent to the 'frogs' (Kermit joke?); I just went back there and the Germans are claiming that they didn't recieve the save. At least that's what I can make out of their attempt at English; no insult intended.
