I've sent Kentonio (President) a request for contact information to his regular e-mail and I've signed up for an account at the CDG site and sent him a PM requesting the same. I have to wait till he puts me in touch with their Ambassador to Apolyton. Who knows, they may not have decided who that would be yet and are scrambling to get that together, we shall have to wait and see.

Well it seems pretty sure that they are headed for IW.
I will make the proposal that we get BW now and IW plus future tech considerations (since we are so close to getting BW ourselves) for Alphabet.
The considerations should be considered as at least 1 tech value point in our favor during the next trade which could be our giving them Writing in exchange for them researching and giving us CB and WC and The Wheel.
Which would be our 8(for Writting)+1(for earlier tech considerations)=9
Their's 2(CB)+3(WC)+4(The Wheel)=9
Sounds like a fair trade all the way around, well except for us getting BW and IW for Alphabet; I just have to make it sound like we have BW in the bag and that trading IW for Alphabet is in their favor.
Ok, can anyone tell me an argument I can use to convince them of this?

You are right, I was forgeting my earlier thoughts of including cash in the deal. I was to offer 10-25 gold to them for letting us finnish BW early and that would let us get to work on Writing which would benefit both of us greatly. From this standpoint the trade of Alphabet for IW isn't so absurd.

Oh definately; I'm just trying to get a feel for what may be finnally offered from both teams. I will let them make the 'offer's' first. I will take the stance that we both know that we have Alphabet and feel that we are in the driver's seat with that tech on our side and the fact that we a soooo close to geting BW for ourselves. Of course I won't be so cocky about, rather non-chalant at the prospect of getting BW a little earlier than expected and of having Alphabet in our pocket and willing to negotiate trades that would benefit us both.

I hope so too, though I'm going to try to set up a chat if at all possible. I thought of using the boards either here or at CDG, but there could be other teams lurking about and learning our business.
What if we asked MarkG to set-up a few more Private Forums for the express purpose of Ambassadorial communications? We could have one for each team and we'd admit up to two members form the other team to conduct talks with us here. We could allow access to this forum by all of our team member's but only the FM, the Ambassador or his assistant could post there.
I think this would be great. What are the chances that MarkG would do something like this for us?
