14.31 GMT - Reuters reports.

Sgt John Doh snagged his silk camisole on a cactus 30km north of al hajri ridge. US air support with SRP (Steel Reinforced Pantaloons) called in to either extracate the individual to a Victoria Secret field fitting room or evacuation back to the States for phycological assessment.

Reuters based on Sky TV:

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tm...a_soldiers_dc_1

Four U.S. soldiers were killed on Saturday in central Iraq, according to a reporter from Britain's Sky TV who was traveling with them.
Journalist Colin Brazier said the four reconnaissance scouts were ambushed while driving Humvee jeeps at the head of the column.
"Rocket-propelled grenades were fired, one at each Humvee, (they) killed both sets of occupants," he said in a brief live report on TV.

P.S. The current official coalition death toll is 11 US and 14 UK servicemen.

I hate quoting CNN but they do have the best pictures.

CNN has just reported that 4 American soldiers have been killed.

They were driving 2 Hummers and were targeted by Iraqi soldiers with rocket propeled grenades (or some other weapon of this nature).

Interesting. Can anyone confirm?

Fox News is also running with this.

But it's interesting that most of the coalition deaths have been from accidents so far.

www.irakwar.ru is a good source of real number of Allied casulties.

It is pathetic that in 2-3 days fighting for small port only one soldier died as Americans says. It is simply not possible.

The same as in fighting near Basra

I only have BBC new 24 on my TV and just hate the way they regurgitate the same stories every 15 - 30 mins.

Is there any way I can watch Fox or CNN news live on my PV (I have broadband but no tc out on my video card (if that makes any difference) anyone got any links).

Oh I did hear on the BBC that they have started lighting oil fires in trenches around Bagdad.

"Americans Captured?

i really feel bad for those guys "

Check the source please. That was Hizballah saying that. Not exactly a world renowned source of journalism. And I would be really doubtful of Russian reports on this matter- how the hell are they supposed to have better casulty estimates then we do? It can be really hard to know exactly how much damage you inflicted on the other side in war, so I really supsect the Russian Media(which is not compltely free and has heavy government influence) is pulling these numbers out of their ass.

Any number would be just a rumor now. Iraqis are retreating, you can not count precisely...

According to www.irakwar.ru, at least 250-300 Iraqi's KIA at 8:00 of Baghdad time. But - read above.
