i voted american, british, and Italian. I would have voted ancient mediterranian cultures (rome, greece, egypt, and stuff like that) as my favorite, but i guess these were just currently existing cultures.

nah, mediterranean food is actually more healthy for males than almost any other cultural dish...even rivalling Asian dishes. I've found out that the olives and ocean-heavy dishes in mediterranean food helps keep males physically fit.

If a male was to only eat Asian and Mediterranean meals he would (probably) be more fit than a man who did NOT eat the same food. However, a male would have to have some physical activity to up his resting caloric burn-rate.

.....sorry, I just find this kind of stuff fascinating and if it helps some Apolytoners to change their diet, all the better !!!

I'm only familiar with the modified Hepburn system, where it would definitely be nihonjin. Which system uses the g like that?
