I voted for India, China, and Native Americans (broad grouping, but still...).

India is #1. I don't know, there's just something really interesting, to me, about the Hindu religion, and also the current incarnation of India: a giant, bureaucratic, democratic state, reaching out for superpowerdom, but being oh-so-far... Very interesting.

The Chinese just have a lot of interesting history. The struggle between the Nationalists and the Socialists is intriguing to me.

And the Natives. Chief Seattle was aces.

South American=A country from South America
American=United States
Native American= Various North American tribes (Iroquois, Sioux, Cherokee, and so forth).

As far as Ancient Egypt, I wanted to have them, but I thought it would open the box to to ancient cultures, and there was just no room for them. I would have to include, Carthage, Babylon, Aztecs, and so forth. That would probably have to be saved for another poll. I just stuck with contemporary cultures for this poll.

What about Celts and Gaels?

Hell, English culture is closer to French or German than it is to Celtic.

They even had their own church until unified with Rome in 600 a.d.

Russia because they implemented Communism first and were the closest ones to keep America in check. That, and Russian girls are soo freeking hot.
