The problem is that firaxis can put out all the patches it wants. If we cant use the patch cos they dont support non-US versions, patches from firaxis dont matter cos we cant use it for this game. Plus, I wonder if the bug is included with the sav? We started this game with 1.04. The drigate crash was fixed with 1.14 but still effected us.

BTW there's no admin password.

Oh, OK.

The crash is being caused by a trade, I am sure of that. Just need to go back far enough to find out why, and how to avoid it.

The earliest I have is 1630ad. Just so you know, the koreans and zulu's have been a team since around 500AD including trades so the bug may have started that far back. I know jshelr mentioned not being able to access active trades a while back.

From other comments I think this goes back a long way. Maybe it gets progessively worse?

No it was started under v1.04 (as were a few surviving games) but we are all using v1.14 now (cant go to 1.21 cos of non-US players amongst the various games we play).
