I have the weirdest bug. I have a city where the harbor keeps disappearing. This is the second time its happened. I notice it when my 'veteran' ship sails forth but is regular instead.

Time to move to a new game. Everyone has his own formula for beating civ and it's just too much time spent to play a game you "always" win.

What happens is that Deity beats me early, or not at all, and makes me play a simple start -- barracks / archer rush, or maybe horses if lucky, depending on what civ I draw in the random start. If I get by the first 100 turns, the AI is so bad on war or building or particularly the decision to start wars that a win becomes nearly certain, although it still takes a week's work. So, I tend to forget the "bad starts" and remember only the games I get more deeply involved in. They have become relatively boring because they are predictable. I think we all feel this way.

I'm not sure I've even seen that bug. You mean active trades while 'talking' to another civ? If so it doesnt crash for me (although I dont have that much going on )

Thats who it must have been. My advisors tell me Caesar is a known liar and cheat. Of course, they've been wrong in the past (and paid with their heads). Nowadays, in modern Mongolia, they just 'disappear' when wrong.

I tried the following:

save and reload -- no luck
declaring war on Korea, which cancels lux trades differently, but also bombed.

the only thing i can think of is to go back to Eli's turn and have him declare war on the zulu

I'm not familiar (at all) with the trade bug you experience.

Do I understand correctly that you're trying to cancel an ongoing trade agreement? How long to go till it expires?

If he declares war on you (or you on him):

Will it last 20 turns?
If you're at war you wont be able to use Korean roads which would not be a good outcome for Korean defenses or zulu units
