	US accussed of war crimes against journalists in 3 incidents Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

The US "accidently " attacked Al Jezzerra TV, clearly marked Abu Dhabi TV, as well as the Palestine Hotel where many journalist were staying. This violates the Geneva Convention. Sounds like the international version of The Patriot Act.

You know that hotel wasnt under control of US and that journalists weren't on the floor handcuffed and nose in the dirt.
What dou you think they would say?

You know how we Americans hate those journalists. If we had a chance, we would round up journalists and kill them. Our hatred for journalists is so deep that we say "journalists" in the same tone of voice you say "Josef Stalin." Anyone weilding a camera should be shot immediately.

well everyone needs journalists to tell their own version of the truth... but getting to war crimes tribunal for killing only three journos... if US massacred them I would understand, but there is no way that someone can prove that it was not accidental.

What if the Brits got on the US for killing more of their soldiers than the Iraqis did (or almost the same)...

You've got a number of witnesses who didn't hear any fire beforehand, a number of witnesses who were watching the tank leading up to the attack and best of all, a number of videotapes of the attack. Maybe its not a lie but there is an awful lot of evidence to say otherwise.

The Al Jazeera network isn't based in a hotel. From what I have read, it was in a more-or-less remote location and hit by a strategic missle/bomb, despite al-jazeera telling the USA of it's location and asking them not to hit it repreatedly, before the invasion even started.

I don't know about the other incident.

While it is for laughs (in the ironic sence) that tehre's such mobilization for 3 deaths of innocents while the many hundrends are ignored, one has got to answer how on earth the american forces in one day fired on 3 separate journalist bases.

In Palestine (where a large number of international journalists resided).

It's all so unsubstancial. Sure, it wouldn't really suprise me if some brass gave a order like that but there's no chance in hell that there's evidence enough to even get close to a international court even if the US govt wouldn't stick their fingers in the way as they surely would.
