Suffering from ads?

Believe me, unless you need the grades to get into some sort of grad school, it's likely your GPA will be meaningless 5 minutes after you graduate from university.

Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

3.8 with weighted
3.1 or so without
1340 on SAT
4 on AP Gov Test

Unfortunately, I do absolutely no after school activites, sports, Nat. Honor Society, etc. so I'm not very optimistic about getting into college, since if I can't go out of state then I don't want to go at all; I'm sick of this place. I'll just go someplace and scratch out a living, hell, a 1st world high school diploma ought to be enough to get a good job in a third world country, right? Probably not...

Increase Your PM Length

I graduated from Virginia Tech with a GPA of 3.85 and was ranked third among the 1800 other students in the 1973 graduating class of the College of Arts and Sciences.

Believe it or not I can't for the life of me remember my medical school GPA, but it was somewhere near a 4.0.

My overall SAT score was somewhere around 1300.

BOB: Those stats should definitely be good enough to go some place out of state; so long as by out of state you don't mean Harvard or Yale. Check out State Schools that are out of state. I got into U. Of Pitt with a good scholarship with the same SAT score and somewhat better grades then yours. Pitt has a quick easy to fill out online application, find it at www.pitt.edu and check it out.

What Shi said... college is very, very important. You should do as much as possible to at least get into a college this year, and then you can always transfer out of state in the following years.
