Once the battery is charged it doesn't draw anymore than what you've got hooked up to it. The main benefit is that in a power loss, your computer never shuts down, which can sometimes protect your hardware.

I can't remember the last time you just screwed in a fuse and were back in the game in 5 minutes.

its a few months ago now... you would have to check setting up ip games somewheres back.....

whenever last mentioned would be the date...i never remember to buy more fuses b/c i go through so many and just assume i have more

and i often assume incorrectly in this case

but i did buy a bunch..b/c they were cheap..probably could have paid for that generator by now

Yes, a generator would be best but they are way more expensive then simple battery systems.

Checked, not thrilled by emp, but a 2x 1x raging game even at emp could be fun. As long as the world wasn't too big. The time zone difference hopefully won't be too daunting.

No, not at all, I'm serious. It could be fun. It's just that golf is one of my #1 priorities, especially early in the season since I've been deprived of it for a long time this winter and wet/chilly spring.
