I do, but in duels it still sometimes pimps me.

When Ming and I tested it Sat. If I took purple and he took anything else, it didn't take, but when he took white and I took green, it worked. So added confusion, and must test more.

What pisses me off is when we are trying to get a clean start, and I get great starting position after great starting postion only to have to try again because of host sciences... and then the "clean" one is a screen full of NOTHING

I don't mind restarting in a game where somebody truely has an unbelievably bad position. But yeah, I do have a problem with somebody whining about losing their second settler to a barb from a hut that they opened, or somebody losses a city because they decided not to defend it. Those are actions taken by CHOICE, and not just bad luck.

I must agree with this one.

I know we will have a restart if I see 4 specials and a river but if I see tundra and no specials its a clean one.

Yep, and with all the times I host, I start in the middle of the hills and of course it's clean, and you remember all the people that swear that the host gets an unfair advantage in starting placement.
