i agree with maniac: swith the production so that it's timed just right. as for a build queue for a new base, formers are essential.
i'd go:
formers formers CP crawler, though at times a scout may be necessary.
for poly prime...ATM i think we should go: CP, formers, formers crawler. if we don't get formers by then, i don't know. i don't think we need any extra scouts though.

I agree with TKG for AP. For normal bases, I'd go:
former, scout, crawler, CP (give base time to hit 2, so as not to waste) former, children's creche. I'll put a poll up when we get some more ideas.
