I think in terms of enforcing the law, higher priority should be given to more dangerous crime. That's not to say law shouldn't be enforced. It's more a question of resource allocation.

The question of enforcement and legality are directly related. If your goal is to decrease the occurance of certain things, there are better alternatives to prohibition. If a law's effects are damaging to society and a waste of government resources, I agree with not enforcing the law in order to bring about a change in it.

There I answered your question... Now answer mine please. Should marijuana be illegal or not?
