Message from the Editorial Deputy to the PAC
Welcome comrades to this special landing issue of PRAVDA - the offical newsletter of the Human Hive. We have crossed the voids of space, and find ourselves on a new home. This could be a hostile planet, so the Peoples' Advisory Council has a new post created, and also elected democratically to serve the good of all :
- Minister for Peace - Rokossovky
General Rokossovky joins the Human Hive by happy chance, and his skills will be very welcome. Originally trained by the Spartans to be a great millitary leader, Captain Rokossovky grew tired of Santiago's rantings about power, and slipped on board the Hive's landing pod. He has recieved a promotion to General, and was democratically elected to lead the Hive's peacekeeping forces.
Elections for the ministry of Industry will follow soon, as will the appointment of Prefects.
Onwards Comrades - the Future of Humanity lies in Cooperation, Brotherhood and Industry - Continue to Work for the Glory of the Human Hive

The Landing
The successful landing of the Hive colony pod heralds a new era for the common people to work selflessly towards human progress. The old world is a memory now, and the new world beckons for a glorious nation free from humanity's decadent legacies and excesses. The people of the Hive was saddened that the survivors of the ill-fated Unity ship were divided and scatter across the world. Making conquest that much more difficult.
During the perilous, bone jarring descent to planet surface, the weak minded fools were nerve-stapled until unconscious people bravely weathered the journey admits the surrounding chaos. “I was scared especially after seeing through the window, Morgan’s pod skewed into Lal's pod and both exploded and then there was much rejoicing.” said one observer.
The First City
The glorious workers toiled tirelessly day and night in this crucial moment to construct their first city named “The Hive”. With the Hive’s guiding foresight, this city, along with all future cities built by the Hive, will entirely be underground. This engineering marvel ingeniously uses massive underground chambers to house its entire people to protect them from the harsh climate of this untamed world. Not only is the city a safer place to live, it also keeps the topside free from the unsightly blight of crude human handiwork that had plagued the old world.
Chairman Voltaire commemorated all the diligent workers who constructed the city with the grand opening at the great Unity Square. “With hard work, dedication and most of all, people willing to work a common cause, we can build ourselves a bloody and tyrannical great nation,” said Chairman Voltaire in front of a horde of cheering masses each waving a red flag.
People Power
The Chairman has declared that to strive forward in this new world, we need more people to claim and tamed this planet. This can only be achieve with lots of copulation by a horde of willing men and young nubile females a strong family devotion to nurture the next generation of Hive citizens.

Article: "Spirit of Yang"
It´s been a sunny day (both suns shining ) when the first group of environmental engineers left the landing site for their first mission on Chiron: Survey of the surroundings.
The glorious workers, currently producing a whole city out of thin air, gathered along the Communism Avenue to watch their brave brothers leave! Tenthousands of Colonists joined the "parade", most of them sitting on the top of the giant colony pods, waving to their comrades who stay to help tirelessly in building the capital.
Surrounded with the outstanding well trained and equipped troops of the first and second "People´s Army Scouts", acclaimed as heroes by the watching masses, the huge treck slowly approached the south-western city gates.
There, the guards had to hold back the ecstatic crowd for their own security. Unknown dangers may hide out there.
Climbing the mountains to the south, the env. engineers separated from the colonists in order to examine a strange looking structure. More than 40 meters high, it seemes to be a kind of monolith, although we don´t know who has built it or what purpose it serves.
All those, who unselfishly volunteered to touch and even climb the artefact for the good of their people, insistet that a great spirit flew through their bodies, making them drop all fears and sorrows. Encouraged by that, they are now building up a camp around the structure.
The monolith is being named "The spirit of Yang".
It is expected that that site holds great benefits to the Hive!

News just in
- Comrade Calc is now known as Comrade Zero. Perhaps he will tell us why.
- The Hive is now the most populous faction on Planet with 23 registered members. This is 4 times more than the other 4 factions added together. Yet more testimony to the fecundity of the happy Hive workers. These numbers have not yet been reveiwed by the ministry of information.
- The University newspaper has spoken out in praise of the Human Hive, calling for comradeship between the factions. More as this develops.
- We mourn the death of those who did not survive the breakup of the Unity. A minute of silence will be observed today at 1600 Hive Time in memory of the members of the Spartans, Morganites and Gaians who lost their lives in the skies above Planet.
