Why it removes this option? I didn't say that Europe's second strike wouldn't harm Russia. I just said that 10% of our Satans is enough to wipe-out life from Europe.

What kind of threaty are you talking about? Yanks broken this agreement not so long ago. We're fell free to create our new AB defense. S-300 already has limited anti-ICBM capabilities. It could shot down all aircrafts/cruise missiles within 150 Km range and ICBMs within 40Km range. So, we already ahve something that Yanks only trying to create right now (using S-300 technology btw, they ""bought" (thanks to our local motherf*ckers", as for me I call it thievery) S-300 from on of the Ukrainian firms not so long ago.

Absolutely agreed. And I never said otherwise. All I said that our eqipment is resistant to EMP, not that's invulnerable to EMP. And my second point was that to make our equipment less resistant we actally should re-design it and make it more expensive, not more chaep as Panag believe.
And btw, such things as resistance to EMP could be pretty well calculated. We still have a national standart for such thing as resistance EMP on our rail roads. In my university diplom project entire chapter was dedicated to protection from EMP.
