Well you all just said how much you learned from watching the openings, so you can't say that there's nothing or little to learn from one-night stands!

There is something to learn from every game you play IMO..........though I agree it can be annoying to find at times.

Amount of deffense and the quality, number of explorers, when do you start escorting settlers (if at all), managing workers in the first few turns. Search priorities.

Having said this, there are a lot of similarities, but I was surprised at some of the differences (however subtle).

I only recently became aware that marketplaces and banks increase the effects of entertainers, ie an entertainer in a city with a bank makes 2 people happy instead of the usual 1, previously assumed they were beneficial for increasing the effects of the luxury rate only

Actually my only goal is to stay ahead of Panag.
