I do. I hate that ******* little **** and his stupid ******* upper class ****** friends. **** him and his magical ****** friends.

A stupid bourgeoise public-school class fantasy written by a cheap looking British tart with no talent and an accent that sounds like rats mating. This has to be the dumbest craze since Cabbage Patch Dolls.

I could rant on all day, but I'll end with this: why oh why aren't we ashamed that adults are going mad over A CHILDREN'S BOOK!!!

Never was there a better indicator of the declining standards of literacy than Harry Poo and his chums.

I started by reading them to my neice and nephew and then sort of just kept reading them when the little ones weren't around. I read a lot of books (Do you remember the "how many of the top 100 books of all time have your read?" thread?) and I don't see why there's anything wrong with some entertaining light reading every now and then.
