Well, I was wondering... If there is always such a traffic here, why do we have so little new Spanish scns? (at least haven't heard of any)?

Because the Civ2 horde is abandoning and the heathens of Civ3 are slowly taking over.

In any case, of the 'great' scenario makers, JB has retired (correct?), Kindal has disappeared, jasev is a lazy bas*tard (), and of the new makers, I'm too busy (with work in progress), Leon is busy (with work in progress), academia released a couple of scenarion not too long ago, and Pablostuka is working on another one.

Put an end to popups!

"South American Crisis" is about an hypothetical war that would take place in South America just now. Venezuela against Colombia, NATO helping Colombia, Brazil helping Venezuela. Perú, Argentina and Chile are present too.

They're playtesting it in a PBEM. What a pity the thread is in spanish, because the player's reports are very funny.
