	Court went well yesterday! I'm on probation Browse Apolyton AD-FREE

As some of you know from my "I've been indicted on multiple charges!" thread (found here http://www.apolyton.net/forums/show...&threadid=85704 ) I was charged with a number of crimes but we pleaded them down to a single misdemeanor. Yesterday was judgement day for me (or rather sentencing day), and all things considered yesterday went well.

The judge put me on probation for 15 months, and I got a 500 dollar fine, but all things considered I'm happy. I have my freedom, and it truly is one of the greatest things people can have. I've learned many lessons, and I've became a better person because of what I've went through. I look forward to when I'm off of probation and I can finally put this behind me, but it is almost over. I'm thinking of starting just about everything in my life over again, and just trying to make the most of everything I have.

So thanks for listening, and trust me going into yesterday I had steeled myself for a year in jail, so the verdict was quite nice. The one really strange thing was I was going to miss this place. LoL. I guess this 4th of July is going to be all the sweeter this year though.

i'm not going to, a couple of potential cellmates recieved their sentence before me, and they weren't the type of people you'd want to run into on a dark street...so I'm going to be on my best behavior till then

It's illegal. Dumb ass law (IMO). But apparently some morons set gas stations on fire by being idiots while filling the tank. Passed a law banning self serve (NJ and Oregon are the only two states to do so)... for safety reasons .
