I use the Sawfish window manager for Linux so no icons or menus for me. Windozers make this thread into an OS war so they so go away.

I have too many apps on my taskbar to fit them on one screen... But well, you wanted to know. So from left to right:
Outlook Express, IE, Opera, Netscape 4.7, Kazaa Lite, WebCopier, WS_FTP, Apache, MS-DOS, Hex Workshop, AXE, WordPerfect, Arachnophilia, EditPlus, WordPad, NotePad, VirtualDub, PSP8, GoldWave, WinAmp 2.x, WMP7, WMP6, WinDVD, MapEdit, civ2 map editor, Civ2, Civ2:ToT, Commandos, GameTrainer, PLT Scheme, SWI-Prolog, VB6, VC++ 6, MSDN Library

And off-screen: WinZip, and XAce, followed by 4 sub-menus with Civ2 utilities, Windows system utilities, document viewers (for PS, PDF and MS Office), and VC++ utilities, respectively.

And the most interesting ones next to the clock are McAfee VirusScan and ArGoSoft Mail Server.

... Well, wasn't that interesting.

You should get Trillian Pro, MetaContacts make people with multiple entries show up as one unless you expand the contact name.
