A few days after work on the Chinese factories began production lines began slowing by as much as 50 % and many crucial parts and labor remained undelived. Careful scrutiny by the Communist Party Inspectors yielded that the state indeed does not currently possess the funds for completion of the planned projects, proving once again you shouldn't rely too much on capitalism. The persons responsible for the miscalculation have been "reassigned", and an investigation is in progress looking into the possibility that this was the result of capitalist sabotage. Production has been rerouted into training and equiping soldiers, with excess labor stockpiling capital, which is an unfortunate, but necessary, measure.
