They're not but they did write a few things they should have clarified better. For instance they reported that "the Israelis have shot 40 journalists since the intifada began" then several paragraphs latter we learn that all but one of them was shot with rubber bullets and we never find out the Israeli side of the story at all. That's just crappy journalism. They should have made the distrinction between rubber bullets and real bullits right up front and if they're going to interview a Palestinian so he can tell his side then they should speak with an Israeli to get the other side. If the Israeli government won't comment then interview a soldier on the street or find someone who just got out of the Army and ask him about the situation.

4/ I tasted tear gas.

Funny story though, after my 'liason' (a nice woman who could speak Hebrew) left for home they wanted me to be attached to a group of ISM. First thing I said when I saw those kids in their yellow jackets "I am not ****ing believing this...". They wanted me to hang around with the protestors/bullet magnets.

I will talk later. I guess Rafah isn't so bad it was more the bad treatment I got from my company. They're even disputing my buying a torch in my expenses.

So you really weren't there in a journalist capacity? I can't think of a single reason for a journalist to stand infront of a bulldozer unless he is really an activist and not an impartial journalist. If you were doing bone headed stunts like that then you'd have deserved to be shot at with rubber bullets.

I was reporting on the bulldozing. I only stood in its way briefly, to take the picture. There were plenty of ISM to be rubber/lead fodder.

Some silly woman called Rachel Corrie was mushed by one in March and I wanted to take a picture of how freaking cool/bigass/scary the things looked.

I even said thankyou to the driver, much to the disgust of the protestors
