In other news, I am pleased to announce the creation of a new banner to represent this department. It may be seen at the top of this thread. The central image is one of many provided by Comrade Voltaire here to reprsent the various offices.

As more departmental threads open up, I will start taking requests for similar banners (if anyone even likes the first).

Freemarket, democracy and Wealth, at the time we're working on golden ages to make our popluation boom?

That will give us +2 economy overall with the golden age. What do people think. Perhaps it's not viable because it's 40ECs to change each government setting.

And how do you want to get the HIVE into golden age without using any police?

Not to mention that the only reason we want to run a GA is to pop-boom, and for that we need to run Planned for the +2 growth.

Nope, I just really really like tech.

I've realised our biggest disadvantage is we will be lagging pretty badly in tech. Look at the drones who have -20% research, and they're researching far faster than we are.
