We are only guarding our own claims on Jupiters moons. We are not blocking any moons that you have built colonies on. We are revering one of Jupiters large moons for our alliance, UK, Russia and Canada.

Start designing new Space Carrer Ship, designed to project power throught out the solar system. They will launch special space figthers that can fight in space and in the atomosphere of most moons and planets.
Expected time for design phase to finish, 2 years.
After this construction of both the Space Carrier and Space Fighter will begin after that.
Training of all forces. This training will directly aimed at curbing the growing threat of the United Lunar States and their egarness in the use of weapons of mass destruction. Also training of new Marine Divisions that will pratice a lunar invasion.

We find the United Lunar States not only a direct threat to earth but our plans to expand into space. They do not think twice in the use of weapons of mass destruction. This is something the United States takes very seriously and hope that China and the United States can work togather to protect earth from this growing threat.

Chinese space engineers have landed on Jupiter’s moon Adrastea (20 km diameter), assembling habitation modules in the interior and adding propulsion and processing equipment.
APril 2204-
The Adrastea Asteroid and Base has been maneuvered into a much closer but still stable orbit to Jupiter. The proximity and velocity differences lead to tidal heating and strong electromagnetic fields which collectors, both interior and exterior, harness for power. The remainder of the as-yet developed space in Adrastea is given over to habitation facilities and docks and storage facilities and the beginnings of a direct-collection conduit that form the basis for the mining activities in Jupiter’s atmosphere. Various gasses for industrial, power generation, and engine fuel purposes are gathered and the surpluses are either shipped directly to the Earth-Luna system or to processing and refining centers at the Chinese Europa bases, of which there are now two that have a total permanent population of over seven thousand. High transportation costs, enormous overhead, and unstable markets keep profits low or nonexistent, but as expansion and refinement of the colonies continues, the activity and revenues are expected to experience dramatic increases.

After 59 years of wise leadership Emperor Raffaello have abdicated from the throne, proclaiming, the only 23 years old, Giovanni del Vino as his successor.
As many people may know the succession for the Italian throne is not by dinasty, but, like in the old Roman Empire, the Emperor choose the best one between his advisors as his heir.
Great parties have been organized throughout the streets of Torino and Rome, but also just about any major cities have organized one, with the biggest one being the party in Zagreb where over a million people attended.
The new Emperor have declared that he will promote space explorations and colonization under his rule.

2 NEAs (Near Earth Asteroids), Icarus (1.4 km diameter) and Geographos (2.0 km diameter and especially rich in nickel, iron and magnesium silicates) have been captured and are being towed into Lagrange Points in earth orbit to be mined for minerals and turned into space stations for transit and in space assembly/docking.
A new research college has been founded, the Exotic Technology Institute. It will consist of three campuses, one of which will be located in the capital of China’s Europa settlement. It will consist of two branches, the Domestic Branch and the Military Branch. Each will have paired departments, including Advanced Materials Dep., Propulsion Dep., Electronics Dep., etc. These products, once developed, will go into military hardware or the general market, depending on how sensitive the nature of the item is.

darghhhh. It kills me to see this. I understand that stretching things makes this more entertaining and flow better, but PLEASE be more moderate in your claims. You didn't have to say you terraformed the whole damned planet. If necessary, I will bring out data that thouroughly indicates Venus is not a nice place to live, but I hope you will take my word that it would not be easy to colonize, much less make cheerily habitable. Five years??!! We can't even fix our own ozone layer. Can you come up with an alternative that allows you to have a colonial presence on Venus, but also, maybe, ... stays close to the confines of reality?

hmmm. We agree that no nation should make monopolizing claims, but we disagree with countries having the right to sell claims if they don't want them. A country only deserves possession of a place if they expend the effort to discover it or get to it and maintain a presence. No one should be able to sit at home and claim stuff so they can sell it to those that would actually do something with it. Our policy on multinational asteroid mining is that if it is small enough for control to be exerted over all of it then sole proprietorship (if the owner wants it) is guaranteed. Thus a 3 km diamater asteroid can be solely claimed, but a 150 km asteroid cannot be hoarded unless the owner can actually bring the entire surface under their control and have the ability to exploit it. As far as mining craft armament, while we obviously wouldn't arm private vessels with military grade hardware, we believe that as long as they aren't menacing anyone, they have a right to a means to protect themselves.

When you try to blackmail the United States with nuclear and chemical weapons we take these threat serously. The only other nation to do such a thing to the United States and her allies was the nation of North Korea years and years ago. We serve you on notice that the United States sees that United Lunar States along with their WMDs is a direct threat to Earth and Earth colonies throughout the solar system. If you agreed to total dissarment of all nuclear weapons from your shockpiles we would see things very differently then now. We may even help you nation devolope defense weapon systems to defeat nuclear weapons if you were to agree to this.
To China:
The United Lunar States threat of the use of nuclear weapons to get the powers of earth to give up their moon bases seems like a direct threat not only to the United States but the whole world.

United States Projects:
Bases on Jupiter's moon Io has been buit. Soon a spaceport for the United States Space Navy will now begin to be contructed in orbit around Io. Survey teams are also now looking for deposites of minerals that would be vauble to mine off the moon.(3 years)
Protypes of the new Space Carrier and Space and Air Joint Tack Force Fighter has been completed and the best protype after much testing will be put into production.
