What is the city in the United States that has the second largest non-heterosexual population in proportion/percentage and not actual numbers?

Nope -- remember, it's the second largest, not THE largest in United States. And, it's based on percentage, not actual numbers.

And this includes all groups of non-heterosexuals.

I will be very surprised if anyone on Apolyton guesses this city.

Hmm...not Houston? Okay, NYC is probably the largest with LA and SF in the top 4. Oh, percentage? You sure it isn't San Francisco? I lived there and it has quite a high percentage. Maybe SF is first, so it would have to be a relatively small city like SF. Hmm...I don't know. Tampa?
