	Operation Manipulate B drones. Enter the AD-FREE zone

With my recent work on B drones, and the usefulness of the PTS and base uprooting. We have the oppourtunity to shift B drones in other faction's bases.

In particular "The Hive", "Kommuniza City", "Jamski Clove", and "Vevtopia" will be abandoned and rebuilt. Due to the PTS it will give us a total of 8 extra population. Also it will give us the chance to place sensors under Kommuniza City, Jamski Clove, and The Hive. The captial will be moved to HongHu-KongHu.

My own faction stopped trying to keep up with all the mircomanagement ages ago. I know I completely confused Micha when he looked at turn 2135 and saw that the HGP was 2 minerals short of building, and thinking I had stuffed up.


I was taking advantage of the PTS generating extra workers that would give us more minerals.

I am not even going to TRY to understand a tenth of what Kody does with the turn. I like SMAC, but I'd go batty doing half the stuff that Kody does.

Okay it's bad enough HongHu trying to pump up my ego, and it would be worse if everyone else joins in.

I have this school class photo back in grade 9 where I've got like a superior sneer all over my face. After looking at that photo a while I decided I was too full of myself.

You see I'm way more handsome when I don't have my ego all pumped up.

Heh I actually asked the same question myself so I went a looking. It appears to be a player that managed to beat Buster recently in a PBEM involving Buster, Googlie, Big_chaunk, Mark13, Tau Cetui, and Shadowlord.

big_canuck has some notable scalps hanging from his belt - Misotu, Buster, Mark, Flubber, Tau ceti, to name a few.

He is renowned for his tactic in a game against Tau Ceti when (as the Hive) he deployed some 300 or 400 superformers to build a 20 tile land bridge complete with mag tubes running into the heart of TC's empire and capturing 30 or so bases in one turn. Tau opened his turn and found himself with 1 base and 1 scout with a polite request to disband the base (the usual PBEM way of eliminating a player)

This bring up a slight dilemma, I take it we're (for RP proposes) moving the administrative capital to HongHu KongHu, and the "official" capital remains in the Hive for ceremonial reasons?

Also as stated by Article 20, Section 2 the location of the capital is prescribed by law. Which means we need an official vote from the People's Congress in order to move the capital.
