come on guys this is not a normal civ 2 game where you hide everything and just play to win. you have to have a story and reveal a little about your civ and its develeopment (and then play to win)

Mining forest will turn the square to ocean. It takes 40 turns with a settler. For the Suez you need to turn that patch of plains into forest and then mine that. Obviously this is better done after engineers come along.

At least deity has rejoined us with some "Interesting" posts, cant figure where he heading wtih his stories yet so that is brilliant.

Indians, Serbs, Tartars seem to have disappeared so we need some action on that front.

In fact their silence had changed my whole story and history itself may change....

this weekend too. Very bad luck. I and white civ demand we postpone the game this weekend because the sub that played my civ abused it to build agressions against my ally white civ! I can't accept it and white can't accept it!

Please understand that a postpone is the only chance to stop the game from collapse, the situation is very tense and a war started by a sub will destroy the whole game, so please don't spoil this game. Let us postpone it. I am sorry for the struggle it creates, but it is worser to crash the game so players leave it (I and white civ)...

I am normally always avail on weekends, this is extrem bad timing in that I can't 2 weekends in row in the start of the game. I am very sorry for it.
