I suggest we begin this plan with the Lego team not the Vox team. After all Lego starts each new turn. Just because Vox ends each turn and would be the lastplay didn't have ANYTHING to do with my suggestion.

As I mentioned in chat, RP Team would be more than happy to have our turn skipped if GoW will skip about 20 turns in exchange for the time they've spent sitting on saves in the past.

There have been some RL-related issues to playing the save. I'm relatively sure it will be played soon.

Well, the game seems to keep crashing on us no matter what we do. We had to forfeit going into a certain city to change the WF in order to get it played. This really sucks. Turn was sent.

Looking at the problems that BF and Togas had keeping the game from crashing while performing routine actions, my suspicion is that one of the previous teams played their turn using C3C rather than PTW.

For future reference, all teams please use the PTW executable file and not the C3C executable file... for those of you confused by that:

CORRECT FILE:
c:\Program Files\Infogrames Interactive\Civilization III\Civ3PTW\Civilization3X.exe

INCORRECT FILE:
c:\Program Files\Infogrames Interactive\Civilization III\Conquests\Civ3Conquests.exe

Please make sure that your shortcut you are using for PTW games is going to the correct file. If it is not, you are playing your PTW games under C3C and that is messing up your PTW games.

Please note that you will receive a C3C splash on the screen as the game loads regardless, but once the game is loaded, the "load screen" will be under PTW (blue-ish background, etc.) and show that you have version 1.27 in the lower left corner of the screen (if you are playing under PTW).

Would it violate Spanish national security if they mentioned which city/cities are causing the problems?

If ND/GoW/Lego/Vox/GS invade & take them, we might consider disbanding rather than risk further crashes by carrying forward the errors.
