Ok I got impatient so I shot them a non official proposal.

The Ambassador have quite a lot work to do though, if we are interested in this route. Including communication with the Drones, arrangement for the PUT and such.

Comrade Chairman!

We should just destroy the Planet University of Technology! Letting them survive will only allow them to regroup their forces. We should squash them and be done with them.

However, if this is the will of the Chairman, I will not oppose it. My concern is the relative safety of the Hive if PUT continues to exist.

I've posted the above message at Drones' embassy. Upon Drones confirmation I propose to send them a message like the following:

We had some talks in the public forum (status of the game thread I think). I suggested that we would be playing the uni turn. But it is a good idea for us to be able to access the uni forum and deassociate CCs and PUT forums and members. I suggest we let the PUT members who would like to stay with the CCs stay though. Just they cannot be in two forums any more.

I see no reason to accept their proposal. We did not perhaps make it clear enough that the message we sent was not so much an offer as an ultimatum. We can go so far as to nor require any military obligations on their part [which we were not intending to do so anyway] but the remaining University should come under the joint jurisdiction of the Human Hive and Free Drones. The CyCon may be trying to get us to give into their proposals because if we do if gives them the chance to use the University as a means by which to get infiltration data on us. We’ll formulate an official response tomorrow, right now I must get to sleep. Good night all.
