We discussed this earlier, but I will elucidate for all. You are the only one who can choose what to build, and the econ minister is the only one who can decide what to rush. (The econ minister can only rush production on something the Defense Minister set, so Arthedrain cannot change production without EmuGod's permission).

So in reality, POTUS needs to suck up to both of you, as well as to El Awrence, who will decide where the reinforcements go. Isn't Democracy grand?

Good question. The call is yours, and if you wished, you could do it in a secretive, dictatorial faction. However, just because you can do that doesn't mean you should.

Form your own opinion of what the rates should be, but talk to the people who want science to be zero. They have good points, such as the need for improvements and military units now.

On the other hand, what do they say about the disadvantages.
No spies, no Palmach, no Kibbutz, and definetly no tanks and armored cars unless we buy them. If we go to essentially zero tech, how long should this last? How would we make up for these shortcomings down the line?

The call is yours, but by all means, discuss, and keep in mind people's opinions. If you feel the issue is of sufficient gravitas, then post a poll.

Okay, IF we have 0% science we can still buy units BUT I really wants to hear peoples opinion. Science or Taxes? Anyone got any good arguments about luxury in this scen?

IF I decide to make a poll... should all of the users be able to vote or just knesset/ministers/president?

well most people keep one lux , that leaves 90% to be devided , now luckely for us we can get our science really fast done , we should try to get what we can ( the max ) before the brits leave , ..... after that its just money and money , ...

I've checked the latest Sinai save.

There are no unhappy people, yet, so it seems pointless to waste money on luxuries, so we are not going for any we Love the Prime Minister Day's. (Unless you think it would be a good idea to go for them).

I'm in favor of 60-40. 102 income, discovery eight turns. Raising the rate to 70-30 brings it to 116 income, discovery 10 turns. We only gain 14 more gold, but put science off for two more turns. The budget also already has 8,000 gold in it so far.
