I don't know... Maybe the lesson of alva's blind driving will teach the people to actually look at others' orders... After all, that's why I put up the little diagram with the projected positions after the received orders: so you could look and plan.
So, I'd say: let's finish this game with open orders, or at least do another round or two open, and then we'll see how it goes.
Half an hour left for Jamski and Frozzy...

in future games, no orders causes deceleration.
That makes more sense, since it punishes people for not getting orders in. Only, I think that their cars should be removed from the grid once they halt to a stop and do not move for one turn.
