Okay, regarding the turns. Like I said before somewhere, the way it works is: on the very first line jump you shift left/right, and then keep on going straight. So, if rah turns right now, then he will go off-track.
I will accelerate and turn right.

Yep. Also, just as a little more clarification on turning. Since turning occurs on the first line jump, you essentially move diagonally that once. So, suppose we take Jamski's projected position. From there, he can turn right and stay on track.
Also, if we have a car that can turn by more than one dot at a turn, then the jump occurs gradually, not immediately. So, on the first line jump, the car would shift by one dot to the side, on the next jump - by one more, etc..
