Members of the Cybernetic Consciousness and members of the Planet University of Technology, and all viewers abroad, we have a special announcement to make. After years of successful cooperation between our two respectable factions we have come to an agreement that will forever change our future. From now on Cybernetic Consciousness and the Planet University of Technology shall be considered a unified faction!
All members of the Consciousness shall be given access to PUT forums and vice versa! All information, technologies and discussions shall from now on be one! However both factions shall remain existant, acting separately but in fact being one. From now on the course of both factions will be determined by a new multifactional government, the CPU. This means both Consciousness-Planet University and Central Processing Unit. Attack on one of our factions shall be considered as an act of war against both of our factions and will be responded with full military potential of both factions! Go to sleep well, Cyborgs and Universitarians, because you will go to sleep as two factions and wake up as one! Let Googlie and Tassadar bless you all as they have blessed and allowed our unification!

Oh thats silly Jamski, the main reason for this whole thing is that the game has become a burden on Archaic (not to mention he wasn't doing very well). This unification will alow all the former Uni members to become active in the game again something the Cycon cares deeply about. We can also more effectivly cordinate our actions (The Hive of all faction must acknolage the value of cordinated action with ones alies). The Unification isn't a threat to anyone, if anything its more of a defense and reserch oriented aliance.

I think it's allowed, the real thing I would question would be having the same turn player for both factions.

Archiac, I'm guessing it's your solution to solve the problems with not having enough university turn players?

Anyway I'm guessing it's allowed. So if two teams merge into a permi-pact, one team can fill in for the other in the case that there are turn player problems.

We have formed a CyUni power that hopefully brings faction stability back. Having a pact brother means something for the CyCon, not just a handy partner to milk out, to be discarded when no longer usefull!!
