To the servant of the Mongolian hordes,
Yet again a few of your charming ladies have been repatriated. Your complaints about our noble female ambassadors (just visitors searching knowledge) are pale in light of the repeated occurances of your women in our lands. If you cannot even rule your women, how can you rule an empire?
As for our engineers, they work with a peaceful purpose. We have noticed that you cast your greedy eyes towards the Sioux city close to their workplace. We propose the Mongols to do the same amount of work (but to the north/north east of your city) to improve the land there.
What say you, servant of tyranny?

We have withdrawn not only our ambassadors in your lands, but also we have withdrawn all of our citizens near Roman lands in preparation for war as you have failed to withdraw your Engineers from the land south of Kerman.
Should you again fail to withdrawn them immediately we will have no choice but to remove them forcebly from South Kerman (though we do not wish war with the Romans as our two empires have enjoyed years of peaceful relations).
As for the area north of Kerman, we fully intend to cultivate the land to the North, but our eyes are not on the Roman city of Kabulantium, but on the Mongol city of Kabul.
As for our female ambassadors, they sought a passageway to your allies, the Babylonians, in the hope that we could lean more of these Southern peoples. However your repeated expelling of our ambassadors has made necessary our repeated attempts.
* Sparrowhawk leader of the Mongolians who are all hoping that the leader of the Romans seeks peace between our people and will not sacrifice Engineers in order to provoke a war which will serve neither of us  .

as it doesn't show subs (for instance MacUser went missing long before June 2003, and was subbed by DaveV for quite a while before La Fayette started as the Babylonians).
