Peter Petrovovich the Russian Minister was rousted from his dreams by a pair of his aides. Peter rubbed his eyes and groggily shook his head thinking silently to himself but outwardly showing the signs of a good hangover.
'Damn too much potatoe vodka last night, uuuuuggghhh. This had better be good.' Petrovovich thought.
Finally clearing the blurryness from his eyes he wondered if his vision was continueing to decline or if it was just the vodka again.
"Damn I must start sleeping with those rocks on my eyes as the Doctor has ordered. Hhmmphh, Order me!! I do not think so I am the great negotiator and statesman Peter Petrovovich. No one orders me to do anything despite my engratiating mannerisms. Ughh...must be too long at this diplomacy studying with no one to practice my skills on but the Imperial staff and of course the Doctor.' Peter thought silently to himself.
'Well you have managed to screw-up a perfectly good hang-over, So speak!! What is so important that you invade my private chambers this early.' Peter Petrovovich intoned intending to intimidate his younger apprentice.
'Well sire Petrovovich, a foreign Warrior has been sighted outside St.Petersburgh and wishes an audience with the Russian Czar Awsric Armitage on behalf of the Aussie people.' blustered the young apprentice diplomat. He just knew his life was about to go from being the right hand man, fellow reveler, and confidant of the elder diplomat Petrovovich to being even more indispensable to his mentor and friend. A loan feminine moan eminanting from and the shuffling of the fine bed linens of Petrovovich's private chambers finest piece of adornment his bed revealed that the old diplomat had not lost his delicate touch despite his years. The apprentice both silently cursed the older man but at the same time could not help but admire his guile and charm. What a crafty mentor indeed he had. These thoughts did not linger long for the time was short and Petrovovich knew he must move immediatly to the aid of the Czar and depart for St.Petersburgh immediately.
'Prepare an entourage to accopany me to St.Petersburg at once. I expect it to be assembled by the time I finish speaking with his majesty.' Peter ordered quietly while softly stroking his prize from the previous nights "diplomatic practices" under but seen through the bed linens ruffling as she was still stirring beside him under the bed linens resonding to his carressing soft ministrations out of the prying view of his apprentice. Damn the apprentice thought, I would have liked to have seen which one the old bastard netted this time. Perhaps a new toy for the elder statesmen. Who could be certain.
'At once sire.' the apprentice courteously nodded quietly intoning to his mentor with a sly nod and wink which pleased the elder Petrovovich greatly. Yes it is good to have "diplomatic practices" is it not my young pupil, Petrovovich thought.
But enough of these pleasures, the Czar would need me more than ever now. A slow smile split the statesmans now slightly wrinkled flesh around the corners of his mouth.
More to follow...

Peter Petrovovich bathed quickly this morning despite his usually lengthy and liesurely bathing practices for he was moving with a purpose. He must meet and convey council with and to the Czar Awsric Armitage before allowing the young and impetiuos man to decide haphazardly how to handle the Russian peoples first chance for peaceful diplomatic negotiations if that was at all possible with these 'Aussie's'. Petrovovich had read in his studies that the first impressions are usually not to far from the true nature of the individual but also that a wise diplomat also knew this axiom well and used it to his advantage no matter what his truer unrevealed intentions and inclinations were. After all what really did this young welp, at least by Petrovovich's comparative age, of a ruler actually know and comprehend of the larger ramifications of his actions. Many a time could he remember saving the young Czars neck by proffering advise and tutoring and schooling him whilst bouncing the young lad upon his once much stronger knee. Speaking of these 'old knees' were definately going to need a good ministering to by the good Doctor when he returned from the long journey to St.Peterburg by foot. Peter Petrovovich wrapped himself in the soft robes due his station in the Imperial bathing huts near the riverside in Moscow and prepared to return to the palace to prepare for his journey to St. Petersburg in the morning.
The entourage was fully equipped with all manner of trade goods and potential offerings that Peter Petrovovich might need for his use when first engaging in diplomatic negotiations with these, er..., what did his apprentices refer to them as. 'Aussie's'. 'What an odd name for a tribe of people so near to the growing Empire of mother Russia, yet this tribe was relatively unknown to the Russian statesman who had negotiated treatise with many local tribes entreating them to join the Russian Empire and even less known if that were possible to her people. Well that all soon should change.', Peter confided smugly to himself.
'Good morning Minister Petrovovich.', The statesman was literally and visably shocked to hear these words from behind him as he was about to give the orders for the entourage to embark on their relatively short journey to St. Petersburg.
Turning to face his well known addresser Petrovovich returned the cordial and familiar greeting, 'Why good morning to you sire.'
'I will be accompanying you to the meetings with these new envoys from the Aussie peoples. I trust you do not mind the company my good friend and mentor as your council now as always will be most helpful and even more needed.', the Czar Awsric Armitage replied softly but imbedding softly and subtlely his command wishes to his more elder statesman.
'But of course sire, We would have it no other way.', replied Petrovovich actually thinking that he would rather the Czar remain here in Moscow where he is well protected rather than wandering the country side where any number of unspeakable things could happen to him.
And so the entourage left Moscow and soon arrived at St. Petersburg.
The Aussie ambassador surprised the elder Petrovovich by offering the knowledge of the Wheel immediately after introducing himself as the envoy for the Aussie people. The young Czar Awsric grinned with anticipation and graciously offered the newly acquired secret scrawlings of Mystism in return. The deal was struck and will remain ever so told by the historians of the Russian and Aussie peoples.
The Aussie ambassador quickly accepted the offer and turned to order instructions to his aide who then swiftly ran off no doubt to send word back to his people of the new found friendship that the two new Empires now shared. The Aussie ambassador turned around to again address the Czar of the Russian people who's words cut him off as he was preparing something eloquant to say that we will never hear.
'I order by official decree of the Czar of the Russian Empire that festivities commence immediatly on this very spot to commemorate and seal the friendship between the Russian and Aussie peoples.', Czar Awsric proclaimed much to the delight of every one assembled.
More privately because of the tumultuos cheer arising from both encampments as word spread of the coming festivities especially among the warriors who had been prepared a few moments earlier to give their lives in battle protecting their both beloved Empires.
Awsric asked, 'So Ambassador. When do we meet this ruler of yours the Great Raz? I would very much like to make his aquantance.'
"He actually is on his way over the mountains and heading this way as we speak your Highness, I expect him to join us soon.', replied the now cheery and much gratified Ambassador of the Aussie nation.
'Good so let the Festivites Commence.'
Files sent. and much jubilation surrounded St.Peterburg.
