JR,
Well, that sure is the best way to do it (copy, paste, print), no question. And, even if they were at the top of each page, as I suggested, folk (read: me)would still have to look up there.
With so many curious rule sets for the various games, the real problem (for me, anyway) has been making the fatal assumption that I knew which rules were operative. Probably, there is no failsafe against this blunder...other than redundant checking, that is.

Well, this huge ringworld is just a blast. I avoided electricity, although the ironclads are too far away to be really effective.
All that remains is to mop up the Chinese (won't be long - there are some vet dragoons on a ship soon to become cavalry right near Shanghai) who may only have the 3 cities we see. Beijing has Adam Smith's.
The Romans have lots more cities, but the capital is Pompeii, right near us, and there is a foothold.
I built the Eiffel Tower, and captured a whole bunch of wonders, including the Oracle. I was avoiding researching Theology, but maybe we should get it and then build JS Bach. Does that do anything in Fundy? If not, then avoid Theology like the plague.
Here is the log:
1752 Examine the map. 56 Cities (!!!) 52 techs, researching Leadership (7 turns) 8250 gold (What the ...??) We have 30 lux in a presumably celebrating Fundy. The Sioux (our erstwhile Key Civ) are gone...
Home front: Eiffel and Women's Suffrage could be built. Because of the number of cities, I propose focusing on trade only with a small group of 10 cities: Carthage (26), Hamburg (14), Theveste (12) Akragas) 12, Leptis Magna (12) Oea(12) Ruscurru(12) Cartenna (12) Leptis Parva (12) Caralis(12). The plan is that each turn the demands and supply will be checked and the appropriate caravans built. The rest of the cities will help the War Effort, now on several fronts:
Babylon front (3 cities, war);
Spanish front (only 2 cities visible, but more in a suspicious black area);
German front (3 cities visible);
Roman front (1 city bribable, 4 cities visible, far away, but with a spy near);
Chinese front (no cities visible, but according to Find City, the Chinese are near the Germans)
*********
1752Home front: build some banks and rush some freights.
Planned deliveries:
Gold - Carthago to Carthage - next after harbor; Salzburg, Syracuse very far away
Wine: no supply
Copper: Saragossa, W. Tingis, W. of Spain, Cordoba (fighting)
Silver: Rusicade, Salzburg, Syracuse
Spice: Girba, Theveste, to Babylon, Akragas
Babs: build engineer, 2 crooks, ironclad.
Germans: build Clad, crook, spy
Romans: hoping the spy will do some work next turn
Spain: build 5 crooks and a spy.
Press ENTER.
1754 Carthage builds Cloth Caravan (Salamanca, Syr)
Spain: City Walls down in Madrid. subvert Valencia.
Germans: Clads batter Berlin and Frankfurt - become vet. Berlin captured. City Walls down in Leipzig, which must be razed because it has MPE. Oh wait - it has expired!.
Romans: Ceasaraugusta subverted. Trireme bribed.
Babs: freights delivered. Several spies become vets. Engineers pre-charge.
Home front: freights delivered to Carthage. Many banks started.
1756 Cartenna builds Eiffel Tower. Leadership=>Atom Theo. Leonardos upgrades. Pop 21 million.
Babs: Babylon Captured (KRC). Nineveh captured (GL) Walls down in Ur.
Spanish: Madrid captured (Oracle doubles tithes). Spanish destroyed.
Germans: Frankfurt emptied with clad, then captured by Rifle. Leipzig down to 2 defenders.
Romans: Cumae Subverted (1540).
1758 Atomic Theory=>Tactics. Pop 22 mil.
Babs: Ur captured: Babs Destroyed.
Germans: Leipzig Captured (expired MPE): Germans Destroyed
1760 Some consolidation. No new Tech. I forgot about trade in the euphoria of conquest...
Romans: a transport is about to get to Cumae.
Chinese: Beijing and Shanghai found.
1762
Romans: Lugdunum subverted (880). Veii subverted.
pass the torch - Tactics next turn.

The rumor is spreading wildly throughout the Empire that the High Seat is to filled by a legend from beyond the mists of time, Bloody Monk. Long forgotten or dismissed as a myth, never-the-less, the rumor appears to be true. My cousin's brother's wife's father, who is captain of the Guard, says he was at the Grand Gate when His Holiness arrived. And he swears that the Bloody One was accompanied by a horde of rats that flooded into the Holy City and all it's buildings. Someone said he had seen ancient scrolls in the historical archive that referred to him as a disciple of the Rodentian School; but, rats, actual rats!! Only God, Praise Be the True Name, knows what the Bloody One was doing all those years in the Wilderness. We all, I am sure, hope and pray that God has sent His Hammer to lead us to Victory in this long and Holy Jihad.
In the conclave that followed His Investiture, the various factions vied with each other to promote their favored agendas. Some said, "We need more Science"; others, "We need more Trade", a few even plead for a public works program for various cities around the Empire. After a time, the youngest Bishop among them stood and said, "But, we are at WAR!! All this lack of focus betrays all our Holy Orders."
The silence was deafening, the only sound coming from the rustling of robes as every eye turned to the High Seat to see the reaction of Our Great Leader. After a time, He smiled, and His first words were, "Now, We Hear the Voice of Truth."
"The single factor that delays the Rightous Outcome to God's Jihad is the Will to Win. It is logistics and war production that will answer our prayers. We shall have thrice blessed killers and a ship chain to get them on station and the boat captians that are now asleep shall be lashed to the prows of their former ships as an example to slackers everywhere. Former Rulers may have embraced the Josiah Bartlett Curse of Perpetual Vascillation, but, no more."
And with a crash of his fist that rattled the windows, He strode from the room, pausing only to call for the neophyte Bishop to join him to plan the Great Victory. After many, many hours of deliberation a flurry of orders were issued changing and refocusing much of the build queue. And with a great and thunderous roar The New World Order came into being. How that all came out is, however, a story for another time.

This is a logistical nightmare!! Sleeping units, mostly boats (18!!!), every where!! We have 43 boats somewhat arranged in a Westbound chain, which is the long way to Rome/Chin; and not much going East, which is about half as far. I will send an eastbound ship, just to be safe; but the better plan looks to be to whip the westbound chain together.
Also, we are building white goods!! Temples, Harbors, Aduct's, and Markets maybe, but why bother with StkExchanges and Sewers now?? Size 3 cities making freights changed to spies or killers, and marginal white goods changed to something useful. The game is now about winning the war, ASAP.
Reset Science Slider to 10% from 50% which will almost double cash flow and still get the next tech this turn. The next tech will be Tactics, so I rush 27 new Dragons so they will hatch as Cavalry, saving 27X10 shields. Engineers (RRs), Spies, and Boats will be favored.
Hit Enter, and we're off...
Discover Tactics -> AmphWar. Could have taken Cure, but if this goes a
long time further, we may need to build vet boats.
1764
272g Gold Carthago to Carthage (opens supplies); Spy drops walls of Bejing and 4 Cavs take city with Adam Smith + 300g; 3 cavs take Shanghi + 250g; Canton bribed for 464g (+145g) +sell Granary. Chin have gone offshore as they do not disappear.
Spy takes down walls of Pompeii; Roma Horse bribed and 4units take Pompeii + 32g; Bribe Antium for 646g (+84g +sell Gran).
Sell 6 Libraries, 2 Barracks, and 2 CWalls.
Sliders to 7.3.0 netting 1941g/41 turns...5 cities taken.
1766
Tsingtao revolts for 198g, yields 381g and ends the Chin Civ.
Palmyra taken +16g; Byzantium revolts for 137g (+32g); Lutetia revolts for 534g (+60g + Gran sold)
Spies make this too easy!!
Sliders now yield 2081g/turn.
It appears that only the Romans are left and they have, so far, inferior mil-tech. With 60 Cav units, the "threat" appears to be contained. Therefore, all new build orders will favor Capitalization, except in the forward areas.
Nine cities in two turns!! How many are left?? Are there other civs we have not met??
To Be Continued

Notes to this Point.
Extensive changes were made to the build queue at the begining of these turns. These changes were made to put the Empire on a War footing.
Before.....................Category...................................After
2039g...................Cash on Hand......................114g (cash in the bank is wasteful!!)
2.3.5--+817g..............Sliders............................6.3.1--+1637g
23........................# White Goods....................15 (even this is too much)
0.................................Spies............................11
20..............................Freight............................5
9...............................Dragons..........................31
What has become apparent, after engaging with the enemy, is that there never was a threat. The Chin were too few and both were too weak. An even better plan would have emphasized Engineers, to make rail connections, Spies, and strategically positioned boat purchases. Be that as it may, that magnificent horde of Cavalry flooding across the globe looked and felt marvelous!!
This effort has been all about logistics. Making RR, boats, etc, and getting them moving with some coherence.

Huzzah! This is exactly the right approach at this point -- first transport, then killers. Well evaluated and well executed (pun intended), Monk.

1768
Now getting 2221g/turn.
Found port city, Pisa.
Rome revolts for 968g (+73g + Gran); Pisae revolts for 297g ( 43g + Gran); Neaopolis revolts for 342g (32g + Gran)
1770
Found port city, TipOSpain, as railhead for cross-island traffic.
158g Copper Cordoba - Hamburg; 740g Silk Theveste - Madrid; 672g Silk Girba - Cordoba; 451g Cloth Carthage - Pisea;
Take Ravenna ( +19g + Sell Lib); Virconium revolts for 320g ( 46g + Gran); Hispalis revolts for 196g ( 20g + Gran)
Discover Amphib War --> Electric1
1772
Now netting 2750g/turn.
228g Dye Himera Helper - Leptis Parva; 1132g Silk Carthage - TipOSpain; 215g Silk-x Cartago - Cordoba.
Eastbound explorers get 200g from a hut; and, from another, an AT, size 4, RatsNest.
The Romans appear to have one city remaining. In completing the rail connection, I founded a port city, Rodentia, along the way on an open plains tile. This saved two engineers from the railroading project and allowed a waiting ship to load a cohort that besieged Brundisium. And, btw, scooped a Barb King for 150g. This idea was particularly nice because those two necessary Engineers were still inbound at sea.
Take Brundisium +58g. The Roman Civ is destroyed!! Game over!! Drive home safely!!
