To be fair, look at Jake Plummer in Arizona and in Denver. That O-Line was soooo horrid that year that Joe Montana couldn't have done anything with it.
Boston had a decent year last year. But once again, SD is a running team which has a below average QB, who just can't get it deep.

SD didnt "put up with" what boston did either. sometimes not putting up w/ it doesn't work out as well as planned.
and TO didn't get many deep passes. infact that was one of his complaints. garcia's arm.

But that's not his bread and butter. Boston runs a 4.3 40. His biggest weapon is his speed. |
TO has plenty of deep skills. he is all and all a super athlete at the position. a year ago he was IMO the best receiver in the league.
erickson is drowning the niners and TO's #"s suffered.
I'd take ur bet tho. I think TO will get more catches than boston.
